outside parties unless you request so or you explicitly agreed to a certain
use. magazinUSA.com™ safeguards any
voluntarily given personal information with highest reasonable
effort.

Our polls ("Schnellumfrage", "Meinungsumfrage")
These polls are completely anonymous. No personal identifiable information is
collected and no name, email address etc. is
needed in order to participate.
eGreeties (eCards)
Name and email address of
sender and recipient will be electronically stored in a
database in order to perform the 'eGreeties'
functionality. These information will be used solely for the
'eGreeties' purpose and no other purpose, that means not
for marketing purposes etc.. See also "Sharing of
information". eGreeties which could not be delivered to the
given recipient, i.e. due to an errorneous email address or due to technical problems on the
recipients mail server etc., and which return to our mail server will be
automatically transferred to a 'garbage section' where they will be destroyed - no notification will be given to the
sender. For maintain purposes we reserve the right to delete eGreeties in our database
- after 30 days (to regain storage) when they are not picked up
- after picking up eGreeties through the recipient
That helps us to regain storage.
Newsletter subscription
In case we offer a newsletter, we'll store the information that you specifically and voluntarily provide for the given purpose. Optional input fields are marked. Information will only be used for the specific purpose of the newsletter. Your email address is a mandatory field.
Contests
Occasionally we offer the opportunity to participate in a contest. The information requested in order to process your participation may include personal information such as name, address etc..

Surveys
Surveys are made for the purpose of statistical analysis. Demographic surveys help us to improve the value of information provided in our website. I.e. helps the knowledge about the visitors interests, age, gender etc. to focus on certain topics. Personal
information, such as name etc. are probably not required - if so,
the user will provide those information voluntarily.
Cookies
That are little pieces of information which can be stored on a users computer. Content can be only what a visitor has voluntarily provided or any system information which is needed by the website to handle the users
