Coors Brewery in Golden

Over 10 million people have taken the 90-minute free tour of Coors, which walks visitors through the entire brewing process, from germinating barley to bottling. After the tour, visitors have an opportunity to sample a variety of Coors’ products in the hospitality lounge (guests must be of legal drinking age and have proper identification for sampling). Parking lots are in Golden with complimentary shuttle service to the brewery.

Monday - Saturday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. In 1873 (three years before Colorado became a state), 26-year old Adolph Coors opened the Coors Brewery. Today, it is the nation’s third largest manufacturer of beer and the Golden brewery is the largest single brewing site in the world.
