Baltimore Maritime Museum

The Mission of the Baltimore Maritime Museum is to preserve, exhibit and interpret the four National Historic Landmarks and associated artifacts for the purpose of public enrichment, education, historic preservation and historic research.

The Museum also has the goal of supporting the heritage tourism, economic development and educational initiatives of the City of Baltimore and the State of Maryland. The Baltimore Maritime Museum is a part of Living Classrooms Foundation and a proud partner of the National Historic Seaport of Baltimore. The mission of the National Historic Seaport is to unify the maritime history treasures of Baltimore Harbor for the purposes of historic preservation, economic development and heritage tourism and to create l iving classrooms for experiential education, job training and workforce development.

Located at Pier 3 and Pier 5, be sure to see the treasures of Inner Harbor by touring the USS Torsk, the USCGC Taney, the Lightship Chesapeake and more. Visiting the Maritime Museum also gives you a discount for visiting the USS Constellation, the only Civil War ship still floating today.
