The Marriott Hotel celebrates One Year on the Seattle Waterfront A 357-guestroom Marriott hotel opened on Seattle's central waterfront in June 2003.
The Seattle Marriott Waterfront features 11,000 square feet of meeting space, including an 8,300-square-foot grand ballroom. The property is located just across Alaskan Way from the waterfront and its marina, luxury cruise port, shops and restaurants and the Bell Harbor International Conference Center.
The property features an on-site restaurant called Fish Club, from Todd English, who was Bon Appetit's Restaurateur of the Year in 2001 and is known internationally for creating trendy new restaurant concepts. The property is Seattle's second waterfront hotel; the landmark Edgewater Hotel on Pier 67 was built in 1962.
