Begin: March-12, 2017, @2 am (clocks will be advanced 1 hr).
End: November-5, 2017, @3 am.
Arizona has no DST. During summer Arizona has the same time as California, in winter it has the same time as Colorado.

DST 2017 in Western Europe: e.g. Germany, Austria, Switzerland
Begin: March-26, 2016, @2 am.
End: October-29, 2016, @3 am.

In history, DST changed in 2005


On August 8, 2005, President Bush signed the Energy Policy Act of 2005, which included changes in Daylight Saving Time, effective March 1, 2007.
