Akta Lakota Museum in Chamberlain

in Chamberlain, at Saint Joseph's Indian School, on I-90 Exit 263.
The museum and culture centre is situated on the banks of the Missouri River in the heart of the Sioux country. The Museum explains the history, the present, and the culture of the Sioux Nation.

Memorial Day - Labor Day:
Mon-Sat 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sun 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Winter: September - Memorial Day
Mon-Fri 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
